Based on the new technology, Advanced Throughput (AT) developed an automated fluorescence microscopic imaging system for high-throughput cell phenotype analysis.
The system provides scientists with sophisticated measurements that reflect the biological properties of the cell. The numerous features reported for each cell include size, shape, amount of fluorescent label, and pattern of fluorescence. Each phenotype analysis reports cellular data at the individual cell level as well as at the whole well and subpopulation level.
